Description

This is Jezrine, :iconsaintfighteraqua: 's character. She's one out of the three characters that will be incorporated in one scene later and this is why you can't see what she is doing with her hands. Since the scene is going to be rather large, I thought I'd put her up here by herself seeing as coloring her has wrecked my wrist lol. Besides, I thought :iconsaintfighteraqua: might like her separately for his wiki. That is if she's acceptable.

By the way, I have been struggling to get crisp clean lines with my wacom graphire 4. Anyone have any ideas if that is down to my computer (on photoshop) not coping with resolutions over 1800 pixels or the quality of the tablet or both?

hmm... I often have the same dilemma with line clarity, and grantid, I've only got a mouse and traditional methods to work with. Tablet or not, I think if you drew it by hand first, and then scaned it in for clean up, you might have an easier time with clean up. When you draw by hand, you can rotate the paper freely to create line direction and energy in your pencil strokes. this gives it an overall cleaner feel right from the begining. You'll notice that many tablet-only drawn linearts are often stiff and unvarying in weight. Big comic artists like ¢greatLP go fourth and draw their initial sketches by hand, then take em into the computer to trace over and clean up :D
Just a suggestion, so far it has worked for me (though because I'm a mouser, I have to worry about adjusting things like contrast also). And if you decide to scan, always do it in 300dpi :boogie:

I'm still loving your skin tone here  Nice!
